Aftercare educational school garden

The alderman already signed on 2 February, but it will become a reality in May 2018: the educational school garden is coming to Bleiswijk. This is an initiative of the Melanchton Business School, where the school garden will be planted, five elementary schools, and Zus en Zo. We cheer these initiatives from our labels. More greenery for the children!

Learning while playing in nature

With the educational school garden the participants want to bring the young citizens of Bleiswijk in contact with nature. There will be space to grow vegetables, herbs and flowers. There is also room for recreational nature activities, a small pool, and an amphitheatre to learn about nature in open-air classes. The look of the school garden is still a surprise, but that it will be an educational garden where children learn to play out in the green, is a done deal.
